New System Update:
Effective Monday, March 1, 2021, the Kentucky no-fault application must be completed online. Please visit our website to complete and submit an application and related documents. Paper applications will not be accepted after March 1, 2021.
Servicing Carriers may submit updates and related documents to claims assigned on or after March 1, 2021 in the new system via our website. Updates and documents on claims assigned prior to March 1, 2021 must be submitted via email .
